Since joining GreenEarthX in January 2025, spearheaded the design of a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engine that parses thousands of certification clauses and instantly suggests the optimal pathway for each project. Developed an AI model that forecasts the levelised cost of hydrogen (LCOH) under varying load profiles, plugging directly into the platform's hydrogen-forecasting interface and part-load scheduling tools.

Cloud-native software engineer and rising product leader who steers the architecture of GreenEarthX's plant builder, secure certification module and GeoMap. Based in Tunis, joined the company in early 2024 and quickly took charge of a multidisciplinary tech squad.

Previously designed end-to-end pipelines for InfiniteBlocks, where he cut execution fees for a decentralised news-verification system by 30 % through smart-contract optimisation and AI integration. Now building a retrieval-augmented AI layer that interprets complex compliance rules and embeds them in tamper-proof tokens running on an AWS-backed infrastructure (ECS, VPC, IAM).
Member of OASC City Council, national representative for Germany since 2016, serial entrepreneur, strategic thinker and business architect. Has served OASC since 2014, including as deputy coordinator of the City Council, responsible for grant-funded projects, working groups, and the organisation of events, as well as overseeing the MIMs since their inception.
International Data Spaces Association co-chair of the rulebook working group on governance, advisor and co-author to several papers on the implementation of Data Spaces, including AI. Board member of Impact Funding Europe and co-founder of the Smart Cities Lab. Leads several global partnerships to raise awareness of and promote open-source technologies and current global projects in the energy sector using data and AI.
We develop successful EU Grant Funding Applications for consortiums responding to EU Challenges. The core focus areas of IFE are: 1) Smart, 2) Digital, and 3) Climate Neutral projects that involve organisations from multiple EU countries coming together to access EU Grant Funding.

GreenEarthXchange (GEX) is dedicated to bringing together the fragmented global supply and demand for low-carbon green energy, such as hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and biofuels, on a transparent, tokenised marketplace platform.
GEX enables index-linked smart contracts for green fuels from project conception through to fuel consumption, thereby providing a trading platform that ensures traceability and trust. GEX has received multiple awards over the past two years and is a thoroughly digital company at the intersection of energy, finance and innovation.
